I was just watching an old interview with Bill Prady. He was saying that the shot the original pilot with Jim and Johnny, but CBS rejected it, leaving J & J a year to hang out and become good friends, before they did second pilot. The etymology of the word 'geek', and the original characteristics of Sheldon, and Howard.
A Katzenklavier. Or cat organ, if you will...
Even stranger, on Wil Wheaton the dress appears to be a terrifying clown sweater.

Um, someone did and it died 400+ little deaths. Not important!
In OTHER news...
In my zeal to offer up something amusing re: one half of this upcoming romantic grab-bag of an episode, I typed 'sex painting' into Google and...
...that was a mistake and I think we all learned something. Moving on.
I DID however run across a fascinating piece about an artistically-inclined turtle named Koopa (really). This chelonian Pollock traipses across a canvas that's been pre-gooped for him (hmmm), and after so many hours?...days?...VOILA!...an abstract masterpiece, suitable for framing and collectors and galleries and shit, is revealed. Amazing.
Clearly Koopa (really, that name, I keep hearing Bawwy talking to Sheldon) is special. I imagine other turtles, not having his "personal style", fine-tuned aesthetic sensibilities and work ethic, would just sit there or else amble off the canvas in search of lettuce or something.
I really don't know whether to laugh or cry. Judge for yourselves...
Shhhh, professional turtle artist at work.
I like the picture, and Taylor Swift doesn't bother me. HELP!
