The first time I saw this episode I remember I was quite charmed by the tag. And still am obviously. It quietly exemplifies the innocence, the genius, and the inspired lunacy that jostle about within Sheldon.
I like too that the writers hand him a small victory here; you get the sense that they truly enjoy writing for Sheldon. They haven't yet latched onto the ramifications of mixing a gloriously written oddball with an endearing performance.
