How about this one. I know it is kind of long, but I love the opening where Sheldon snarks on Leonard's chess playing abilities and the looks between him and Penny after she tells her joke. Was this the first episode that they talked about Sheldons germaphobia?

Yes, it was and Leonard actually tells Penny that Sheldon "is a bit of a germaphobe" I can't tell you how many arguments I have seen on the canon site disputing this. A fear of germs in no way explains why he won't have sex. There are barrier methods and Sheldon already owns rubber gloves.
My meaning being that there are other forces at work here.
