'WITCHDOCTOR FANTASTIC'
Thanks a lot, Pilot fish. Now it's lingering in my ear. Like the lyrics said it would. > Sorry about that, it does have memetic potential. I found it through some remake, and now think it's probably one of the best songs ever made!
Great soundtrack(Mica Levi), to intriguing 'alien in Scotland film'!

Deep Beats, bleeps, high hat, samples, +groove!
Also this is incredible. Music producers are so nerdy; sampling, sequencing, editing, manipulating. In the end you've heard your creation repeatedly, and can't stand to hear it any more. Expect alot of Brazilian influence over the summer!

Can't get this one out of my head:

Written by Paul Simon I believe.
I generally listen to repetitive dance/electronic music, but stuff gets through. Jack White is a total nerd, about music,(and about furniture design). He uses ancient recording equipment, microphones, and puts out tunes on defunct formats, or takes those formats and reinvents them. He also obsessively collects hats, stuffed animals and clocks. This is brilliant!

There's a Father Ted episode where they've organised a disco and all that plays for the whole night is Ghost Town.
Savage Garden! I've I listened to their albums non-stop for the last couple days. I still know all the words, too (much to the annoyance of everyone around me Big Grin). I can't believe this stuff is like 15yrs old.

Edit: I'd like to add Daniel Bedingfield, Robbie Williams and Jamiroquai to the nostalgia soundtrack this weekend.
