Hayley Atwell would make a good Romana. (I kind of like the idea of Ben Wishaw, I think the next Doctor needs to be a snide smartass type, but yeah, bring back Romana and let them bicker properly.)
I also think that River Song should be finally to laid to rest. I'm completely over her. In season 4 (when she "died") she said Davids Doctor was the youngest she's ever seen, so You would assume since Matt was actually the youngest Doctor ever, she was talking about him being the youngest regeneration she's seen. That they're sending her into all the Doctors regenerations is ripped right out of about 500 Rose Tyler/Bad Wolf Dimension hopping FanFics that have been around for at least 8 years.

Plus I find Moffat whole Philosophy of when the Doctor changes things in the past his own history can be rewritten. So canon is easily rewritten dodgy and lazy.
Is it possible that the screwups in TBBT continuity were caused by the Doctor mucking with the past?
Has anyone watched the Season 10 yet. I'm still trying to work my way through season 9, but still have 10 episodes to go (in other words, not trying very hard) If you have watched, what are your thoughts one the stories and the new Companion(s).

Also, anyone watching Class? Thoughts, opinions?
I've seen that people are really starting to like Peters Doctor, even people who say they liked Clara are admitting that he has flourish without Clara there. There's also a lot of people comparing them the Seven and Ace. Anyone agree?
I like the new assistant, it's better without Clara.
I couldn't get through the preview with her, I'm afraid. It was a bit Langford Redux. Shrill, gormless and vapid. Shame, because I would like to watch Capaldi, but the scripts he's been served with...no.
There's kind of two new assistants and I have to say I enjoyed the last two episodes and would watch them again. The stories have been getting better.

Although there's a few ideas mined from previous episodes. The water idea reminded me of Tennant's episode 'The Waters of Mars'

I enjoyed the last episode 'Smile' although the robot gone wrong reminded me a little of 'The Girl who waited' when Amy gets trapped in a robot run hospital and ages.

Watched the Pilot, and it wasn't bad.

What I liked:
I liked the professor Doctor. Peter seems to have found his place as part absentminded Professor, part teacher of the Universe
Story was actually watchable (but reminded me a little of Waters of Mars at times)
The new companion seems to be part Ace, part Donna, with a little Rose thrown in

What I didn't:
The name: I know it probably is supposed to be taken as the pilot of the ship, but when it's the first episode, what it usually means is that it the first episode of something they (the Showrunner) created (and with the ego Moff has, im not sure if that wasn't intentional)

The Pictures: I get Susan, but come on River Song? They had the most fraked up relationship in the Universe and I never once saw romantic love from either of them. The Doctor loves every one of his companions and I only felt obsession from her. He should've had all of their (the companions) pictures or just Susan. (Once again Moffat trying to make his characters more important than 50 plus years of other characters) or at least he should've had pictures of ALL of the people he's married over the centuries. (That would've been funny at least as Bill is trying to figure out why he's got photos of Queen Elizabeth, Marilyn Monroe, etc. on his desk).

I found the "assistant" creepy. This guy was a human and the Doctor created basically a borg or cyberman out of him? Just wrong in every possible way.
Totally agree about the Companion pictures. It should embrace the history of the Doctor not just the history of one writer.
