WHAT A PAIR OF TROUSERS! 

This is my first time posting here. so i thought I'd start off in the Jim page! I love him... I find it interesting that we haven't seen him doing ANYTHING public really at all. it does make me think of something he said last year after he had gotten his Emmy nod. and then it made me wonder about this year when he didn't get a nod. anyway, love that man. and hello. (i have no idea what i'm doing... been so long since i've used a forum like this.)

I'm intrigued over what you are hinting at but don't have a clue. But yes, Jim hasn't been out and about publicly. He's been working though, he'll be producing a new show and he's done some ads, so maybe this has kept him busy.

Hey! that's true, he has been hustling quietly. what I was referring to was something I read from last year after he got his Emmy nod and he had said something along the lines of "i guess people aren't sick of me yet." and then this year he didn't get a nod, and I don't think he feelings were too hurt by it (he doesn't seem to have a horrible ego, he's very sweet and real.)  I do think that maybe it did effect him a bit. because right after the Emmy nods came out is when we sort of stopped seeing him [post on IG and stuff like that. I mean maybe i'm wrong... but he's really savvy and he knows what people (critics and the like) say about him. I just find it interesting.

Jim's has always been very private. I was surprised he even joined instagram at all and preferred the days when he was a total mystery. I think it sounds as if he was half expecting people to lose interest in him. But it is possible that he's also disappointed because he was hoping for more juicy roles in the future and as you said, he's defined by Sheldon now and that may never happen for him. I've not been reading the reviews of his other work that much.

Well 'Act of God' was relieved really well... And he did amazingly in 'The Normal Heart'... (He wasn't Sheldon at all in that) I think that people won't give him a fair shot, which is terrible. Also it seems like people don't like Jim bc they don't like Sheldon which is really stupid! Anyway. I could go on for hours in defense of Jim... So I'll stop lol (not defending him against you! Just in gen.)

Jim believes in the otherworldly. He and his sister Julie appeared on 'Long Island Medium' last week.
