This is an SOS

Ok, so usually I post fic recs here but today I'm looking for a fanfic instead (I have an exam tomorrow morning so what better way to study, right?). Anyways, I read this story about a year ago so the title and accuracy of the plot escapes me, but here is what I believe is the main jist:

It was definitely an AU.

Shenny, but I dont think it was overly romantic or anything.

Penny was moving into her usual apartment

I don't remember exactly, but I think Sheldon had actually rented 4a AND 4b at one time but Lenoard said that Sheldon just disappeared or went mad (I really don't remember)

But come to find out he was staying secrectly in an apartment near the roof of the building and I think there was some like mad scientist undertones with this revelation.

I know that isn't much to go on , but I bet y'all have read lots of TBBT/Shenny fan fiction and I'm hoping one of you shy birdies who don't post here often know what the hell I'm talking about and we can narrow down a list.
