The IT Crowd is so funny. I'm glad I caught you guys talking about it in the GB last night

Father Ted had me paralyzed with laughter, Gripe. Seriously. I was helpless with laughter. I watched all three seasons and the Christmas special.

Roy making his mashed-potato Sea Park in a demented effort to prove that his girlfriend's parents could NOT have died in a fire there.
Also a reference to Close Encounters.

One of my favourite ones is when they arrange go to the theatre and Roy ends up pretending he's disabled, to cover up using the disabled toilets. And you don't think it can get any funnier until Jen turns around and Moss has wound up behind the bar, as a waiter.

A pointless celebratory gif and picture thread for the IT Crowd (and, if you wish, other shows from the same stable. The horribly brilliant Father Ted and Black Books for example. Down with this sort of thing.)
Re: Father Ted, it occurred to me just now that Dougal is a "stupid" character and yet there's nothing cringey or sad or humiliating about his state of being, unlike what's been done to Sheldon and Howard. He's always happy and blissfully innocent. This character arguably has more dignity than our former geniuses with all their degrees and talents and accomplishments...

Interestingly, Jen Barber seems to have as dismal a track record with men as Elaine Benes on Seinfeld.
Peter File (sounds like...)
vs.
Joel Rifkin (um, NOT the serial killer)
Mike the "Magician"
vs.
("Call me") Maestro
Philip (ambiguous sexual orientation)
vs.
Darryl Nelson (ambiguous ethnicity)
OH PLEASE...
