Yes I suppose you could say that Howard is at least being honest. Leonard is very devious at getting what he wants, and has no loyalty to anyone, bast**d! Something the show explores(for comedy purposes) is the relationship between the characters and their parents. I have known men who carried on living with their mothers too long. They are like pudgy adolescents; they act like adolescents towards women. Going straight to another woman doesn't help, they do need to break free, become independent, and grow. Even Penny needs to break free of her father; counselling not alcohol. Not another man like her father either(because that relationship will mirror the former). Actually I think once people reach eighteen, they need to draw a boundary, and stand up to their meddling parents!
