I really wanna see that Canadian movie "Dr.Cabbie" that he was in, recently. It looks fun, but I don't think it's available online....

That's bloody brilliant!

Although 120% of the charm of the Late Late Show was in fact Craig Ferguson, so I'm not entirely sure what it'll be without;

Hats off indeed...

Kunal doesn't have a page YET but he does have a biography (already?)

I was hoping for a no-holds expose after the show ended.

That's an adorable picture. But yeah, hmmm, he seems kinda young to have enough material for a biography. (Then again, some people have super-eventful lives and such a wealth of crazy experiences at a young age...)

Nobody's in a position to divulge anything juicy or bad-mouth the show, at this stage.

Ohh they're all so busy. Kunal is going to be on The Mindy Project.

Looking dapper...

What do you guys think about this?

The Big Bang Theory's Kunal Nayyar really wants to play the first Indian Doctor

[Image: 113613.jpg]

I'm not sure he has the chops myself but that may be because he's never had much of a chance. Raj has been adrift for years and the writers have not really done much with him. But that would require that they plan the characters, something they have never done. Big Bang showed early promise but let's face it... it not Community!

I think Raj should have stayed mute. They could have been really inventive with his scenes, because of course he could have speaking parts when the guys were there but they could have tried all sorts of other ways for him to communicate with Penny, etc. Made the journey more interesting.

I don't have a problem with an Indian Doctor, but I'm not sure Kunal would be at the top (or middle) of my list if they did go in this direction. His body of work is mainly comedy and voice-over roles. Not that the Doctor can't be funny, but he also have a sense of gravitas about him.

I completely agree with keeping him mute, there was so many things they could've done. I always thought it would be interesting to have him be able to speak in front of women who were married or in serious relationships because they were taken or no longer "available" anymore. Of course he would remain mute in front of Penny and Amy, which would make Leonard and Amy mad because he doesn't see Lenny or Shamy as being serious relationships.
“There are no scenes more fun to do, I feel like, than the ones between Sheldon and Penny. They are such a wonderful odd couple.” - Jim Parsons
