I confess that I know nothing about Comic Con, but it's kind of ironic that anyone affiliated with TBBT has the nerve to keep coming, since this show's message is that comics and sci-fi are childish things which need to be left behind so that a person can grow up. Has anyone tried to call them out on this?
I mean, the comic book store was *burned down.* That symbolism is far from subtle....
There's a Youtube clip somewhere with Johnny Galecki stating on the record "it's not about that anymore."
"That" being nerdy hijinks. He comes right out and says it. When these people show up at Comic Con, somebody should be brave enough to raise their hand and say "What are you doing here?"
