Yes it's interesting that Jim talks about the pleasing 'eye candy' primary colours, used to colour the apartments. You said Howard's own apartment would be coordinated(like his 'red and black' seduction room at home maybe!). I've also read CL say, he thinks part of the appeal of TBBT is that the apartments(and rooms), are pleasant places to be. I'd want to play with all the equipment(Sheldon's mostly I think!).

Aye, but it's a bloody smashing gaff. I remember feeling villainously envious when I first saw it. A Spanish style villa. Isn't it Robert Pattison's old place? I assumed Pattison was a idiot until Herzog hired him to play T.E Lawrence in his new film.
