Oh come on guys, give us a chance! From that limited genre 'Bogart and Bacall war years classics', I thought 'To Have And Have Not' was superior. There's an interesting relationship between Bogart's character and his drunk mate.(niche or what!). But it then becomes a virtual menage a trois when Bacall character arrives. I'm starting to realise how well used this trope is in literature, and on screen.
