I guess aside from a lot that's wrong with that article... (So much) I really don't agree that what makes Sheldon and Penny appealing is them fighting?? I like them being friends. I don't like when they fight. There is a point to their relationship and its that they are friends! It's probably the only realisticly done relationship on the show, nothing is forced and no one was artificially given "growth" to get there.
