Since 7 years ago would’ve been season 4 what could be the secret?
They were secretly dating... not likely since the beta test wouldn’t mean anything (not that Canon has stopped the writers before)
Penny and Leonard occasionally had sex... wouldn’t be a secret since they almost did in Love Car and they actually did have a bootie call in another episode
My guess (by the pictures and how bad this show is now) Penny and Zac made a sex tape. This pisses Leonard off since she never wanted to make a sex tape with him, but at the end he’s happy because Penny says his name instead of Zacs. This makes sure everyone remembers Penny was nothing but a slut until she gave into being Leonard’s trophy and more importantly that Leonard is completely stud in bed.
