Tensor on the fansite has been calculating the screentime of all the characters and pairs of characters over the seasons of the show.
This season is shows what we already know, that they have abandoned Sheldon and Penny's dynamic almost completely. Shenny have less time onscreen this season than a minor match like Raj/Bernadette.
