Penny has a bicycle? That's new. It's so prominently placed i'm surprised it wasn't a plot point. If not that was a random choice by set design.

EDIT: looking back at episode photos, it look like it's been there a while I just haven't noticed. Still random pink bicycle with big basket in the front.
