The best cartoons work on multiple levels. They appeal to kids and adults often for completely different reasons. If you watch the old Bugs Bunny cartoons you'll be amazed at the amount of stuff in them that you know a kid would never have understood.

I miss Rugrats. The only thing on the Kids channels that I used to watch that is still on is My Parents Are Aliens and Looney Tunes, but they've chnged Looney Tunes now. YOU CANNOT CHANGE LOONEY TUNES!!!!
