P.S.:On this occasion, my two personal favorite episodes, with Penny and Sheldon, were always-


"The Panty Piñata Polarization"

and

-"The Adhesive Duck Deficiency"

I always thought that these two were very close in these episodes
and gave us an idea of what could be beneath the surface with Penny and Sheldon.

But okay, that's just my opinion.

Shame on me for not traditionally calling in over the holidays, but a major restructuring at the company I work for, plus a move of the same - most of which took place over the holidays - unfortunately took up a lot of my time.

Thanks for the kind words and your good wishes.
For me, TBBT will always remain innocent. 
It's like Star Wars or Highlander. 
There's always the original (in TBBT's case, the first two seasons), which had the great and ambitious concept, and then the lousy sequels that insult the original. 
Let's do the same as with the aforementioned franchises: honor the original as the only true one and ignore the rest.

On this occasion, I'd like to make a statement. It's true, a few years have passed since the series ended, but for ME, TBBT has never been out of my mind. Even though I'm less active in the forum, everyone can be sure that I follow you and am on your side. Recently, I simply entered the search terms "Kaley Cuoco" and "Shenny-shipper" into the web and received the following result:

"Shenny" shippers are
fans who rooted for the romantic pairing of Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) on The Big Bang Theory, and Kaley Cuoco herself has acknowledged and appreciated these fans, often interacting with them online and sharing her love for the enduring ship, even after the show ended, showing genuine affection for the pairing and its dedicated following. While her real-life romance was with Johnny Galecki (Leonard), she embraced the "Shenny" fandom's passion, celebrating its continued existence and the fun it brought to fans. 

I must confess that I didn't know that, but you can imagine my reaction.

What I can personally confirm is that "Shenny" is still popular. I even contributed to fanfics myself years ago, and I still receive cudos. That says a lot.
