Penny's not moving back. That's a done deal. The poor bastard is never escaping now.

It's not fair that Leonard gets the bigger apartment. Not at all fair. Fuck Leonard.

I don't know, it looks the same as in the Pilot 

All the furniture and furnishings that Penny chose for herself, in her space, have been usurped. She's been displaced out of her own life.

I can see no reason for Sheldon to return to 4A unless they swap and he gets his apartment back. But I doubt it...
