What are your favourite songs at the moment? (I say "at the moment" because I think it's preposterous to only have one permanent favourite. You may disagree though.)
Lana Del Rey 'Land of Gods and Monsters' (This woman has escaped from a David Lynch film, I swear)
Leonard Cohen 'Tower of Song' (or 'I'm Your Man' - it's the Voice)
Bastille 'Pompeii' - catchy earworm

...I make 'soundtracks' when I'm writing, for mood music, so my favourites change all the time.
Gesaffelstein - Pursuit
Eminem - Wicked Ways
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - East Hastings
Eminem - Role Model (the source of my signature)
Ray Peterson - Oh No
...Yeah. One of These Things is Not Like The Others.

That first track has a really odd video. I'd love to know what the script idea behind that was. There was a sort of Frank Herbert/William Gibson thing going on.
Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits
Money for Nothing - Dire Straits

I'm beginning to like their songs more and more ...
Florence + the Machine - Shake It Out
Lenka - Everything At Once
Bush - Glycerine
C-Tec - Stateless

Yes, I find the song a lot more interesting with the video than without.
Probably these:
"Her Favorite Song" by Mayer Hawthworne
"Miss Jackson(ft Lolo)" by Panic! At the disco
"Ma boy" by sistar19
"With your suit & tie on" Justin Timberlake vs Marvin Gaye
Annnnd finally..."Mahna Mahna" by cake
Ben E. King - Stand by Me

Abba - Gimme Gimme Gimme
My pal Barabbas' song "I Ain't Done"
All of his stuff's exceedingly clever, and to my mind he's one of the greatest wordsmiths working in music nowadays.
This is by no means the best example of either his larking about or his lyricism (well why the hell are you telling us about it Gripe?) but it's his most recent. (ah!)
You probably can't concentrate on his lyrics in this one, because he's leaping about like a massive tit.
It's in my head partially because the music clip is so bloody hilarious.
That's possibly also because I once stayed up all night watching West Side Story with the fucker, and I think I remember those dance moves...
The less said about the Chaplin poster on the wall the better. Some people, Louis included, will never understand that it's Keaton or get the hell out of Dodge. Keaton OR Craplin, not both. ONE OR THE OTHER, FUCKOS!
But I digress...
