I also have a soft spot for Vincent Price movies.
Saw 'The Hidden Fortress' last night. I wonder what the reaction was when George Lucas said; I want to remake a 1950's film, set in 16th century feudal Japan, and reset it in the future. The costumes are there, a dual with lances(I always thought it a bit weird that in the future people would fight with swords(light sabers!). I was never sure about this film, maybe I should have read the comic books first! Rorschach is an interesting concept!
