I don't know if this is a considered a "tick" or not, but I really enjoyed Sick!Sheldon. Jim Parsons was brilliant in The Pancake Anomaly and showed that even while Sheldon was sick, there is still a strict routine that needs to be adhered to, to include a vapo-rubdown and soft kitty serenade by the still somewhat new neighbor, Penny.

Sheldon's face when he's ill is a marvel of petulance...
And I still maintain he looks like Malcolm McDowell in that Cheesecake Factory clip...

It's certainly the face I had on for most of the Fifth Season....
I just can't stop laughing at that juxtaposition. Or at least accordion-stab laughing...

Sheldon looked older and more focussed, I can't quite work out if it is all make-up and lighting, or whether Jim has just stopped holding his facial muscles in 'Sheldon' mode. The light of intelligence has gone out behind his features.

The chamomile tea comment relates to every single one of us right now. Amazing that he gave more love to and even had more chemistry with a bird than his own GF. I forgot who did he make the 'comfortable' comment to again?
